A very nice place to call home when away from home! Stayed for a couple of days here and was amazing! Loved the vibe and it was a cozy place! Bed was comfy! Sheets were clean! Place overall was very nice and clean! Would definitely stay here again!

We needed a private place to rest and run some errands! Joshua’s place fit the bill perfectly! The home had lots of space and all amenities needed to live. Instructions were pretty clear and Joshua went above and beyond with the communication.

I had a great stay at this basement suite. The place was spotless, well-organised, and very comfortable. The location is super convenient — it’s close to a gas station, a few restaurants, and a convenience store. The neighbourhood is quiet and everything you might need is within walking distance. Check-in was smooth and Joshua was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a solid 5-star experience — I would definitely book again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The suite was clean, warm, and very comfortable — exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the place is easy to find. Communication with the host was excellent: fast, friendly, and helpful. Everything was well prepared for my arrival, and the check-in process was simple and smooth.
